Our cabinets
What are "Kitchen & Cabinet" cabinets, and why are they a smart choice for your home?
"Kitchen & Cabinet" cabinets are kitchen cabinets that arrive unassembled in flat-packed boxes. Each package includes all the necessary components—cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, hardware, and screws—designed for easy assembly using basic tools such as a screwdriver, drill, wood glue, rubber mallet, and occasionally a stapler.
Why they’re a smart choice:
- Faster Shipping: "Kitchen & Cabinet" cabinets ship more quickly than pre-assembled options.
- Cost-Effective: They are generally more affordable than fully assembled cabinets.
- Space-Saving: Flat packaging makes them easier to store and transport, especially on job sites.
- Flexible Assembly: You can assemble one cabinet at a time, allowing for a more manageable and organized installation process.
Should I purchase "Kitchen & Cabinet" cabinets or go with pre-assembled ones?
The decision depends on your comfort level, time, and budget.
- "Kitchen & Cabinet" Cabinets: Great for DIY enthusiasts who are comfortable assembling furniture and want to save on costs. They offer flexibility and often ship faster.
- Pre-Assembled Cabinets: Ideal for those who prefer convenience, lack the time or tools for assembly, or want a quicker installation process with less effort.
Choose the option that best fits your project needs and personal preferences.
Is there an advantage to ordering kitchen cabinets online?
Yes, ordering kitchen cabinets online offers several key benefits:
- Convenience: Shop anytime, from the comfort of your home.
- Wider Selection: Explore a broader range of styles, finishes, and configurations than most physical stores offer.
- Competitive Pricing: Online retailers often provide better pricing due to lower overhead costs.
- Customer Reviews: Make informed decisions by reading real feedback and ratings from other buyers.
Samples
Should I order a sample door?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering a sample door before placing your full kitchen order. Seeing the actual color, style, and finish in your own kitchen lighting ensures you’re confident in your choice. Finishes—whether stained, painted, or wrapped—can look very different in person compared to how they appear on a screen.
Sample doors are available for $4.99 each, and we’ll refund the cost of up to two samples when you place your full kitchen order.

Shipping / Returns
How long will it take to receive my cabinets after I place an order?
Most "Kitchen & Cabinet" cabinet orders ship within 5–10 business days. Shipping time may vary depending on product availability, order size, and your delivery location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
How are the cabinets shipped?
Cabinets are securely packaged for safe transport and shipped using a freight service. Deliveries are made curbside, meaning the shipment will be placed at the end of your driveway or the closest accessible area. Please note that inside delivery is not included.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders based on order value and shipping destination. Orders that don’t meet the free shipping minimum will have shipping costs calculated at checkout. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy or contact us.
Will I be able to track my shipment?
Yes. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This allows you to track your delivery and plan accordingly.
Can I schedule or delay delivery?
Freight carriers will typically call you to schedule a delivery window once your shipment reaches the local terminal. While we can't guarantee exact delivery dates, most carriers offer flexible scheduling options. If you need to delay shipment, please contact us before your order ships.
What should I do when my order is delivered?
It is critical to inspect all packages upon delivery, before signing the delivery receipt:
- Check for visible damage or missing items.
- If you notice any issues, note them in detail on the delivery receipt.
- Take photos of any damage.
- Report the issue to us within 48 hours so we can assist with replacements.
Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage may affect our ability to process claims.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
If your order arrives damaged or with missing components, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to provide replacement parts or items at no cost to you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final. Please make sure to carefully review your order and consider ordering a sample door beforehand to ensure you’re happy with your selection.
Can I cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders may be canceled before they enter processing without penalty. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.
What if I missed damage during delivery inspection?
We strongly encourage you to inspect all items at the time of delivery. If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours. While we’ll do our best to assist, failure to report issues promptly may limit our ability to provide replacements.
Cabinet Details
Are the sides of the cabinets finished to match, or do I need to order finished sides?
The sides of the cabinets may not come finished to match by default. If you need finished sides for exposed areas, you should order them separately to ensure a consistent look and maintain warranty eligibility.
Do you sell glass doors?
Yes, many of our collections offer glass door options. Some collections include cabinets that come prepped for glass inserts, while others allow you to customize doors to be prepped for glass—especially in our assembled collections.
Please check the product details for your chosen collection or contact our customer service team for help selecting the right glass-ready doors for your kitchen design.
Do you sell just the doors?
We generally do not sell cabinet doors separately. The only exception is decorative end panels, which are sized specifically to fit the sides of cabinets and are not intended for use as replacement doors.
However, if you're placing a full kitchen order and need a few extra doors (for example, as replacements or custom accents), we may be able to accommodate this in select collections. Please reach out to our customer service team to check availability.
What is a decorative end panel?
A decorative end panel is a panel designed to match the style of your cabinet doors and is installed on the exposed sides of base or wall cabinets. It gives your kitchen a seamless, custom-built look by covering the cabinet’s raw or unfinished sides with a door-style finish.
While not structurally necessary, decorative end panels are purely aesthetic and are a popular choice for achieving a polished, high-end appearance—especially on cabinet ends that are visible.
Are the cabinets strong enough to support granite or other stone countertops?
Yes, all of our cabinet lines are built to support granite, quartz, and other stone countertops. They are constructed with high-quality materials and durable joinery, making them more than strong enough to handle the weight of heavy countertop surfaces without any additional reinforcement.
If you're using particularly thick or oversized stone slabs, feel free to consult with your installer or our support team for added peace of mind.
Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order requirement at "Kitchen & Cabinet" Cabinets. Whether you need just a couple of cabinets for a small project or an entire kitchen's worth for a 100+ unit development, we’re happy to accommodate orders of any size.
How difficult is it to assemble the cabinets, and do you have assembly videos?
Most of our customers find assembling our cabinets to be straightforward and manageable. To make the process easier, we offer detailed assembly videos for each collection, guiding you step-by-step. These videos are perfect for both beginners and experienced DIYers. If you encounter any issues along the way, our customer support team is always available to assist you.
warranty
Is there a warranty on the cabinets?
Yes, we offer a 5-Year Limited Warranty on our cabinets, covering defects in material and workmanship. The warranty ensures freedom from such defects for a period of five years, with the manufacturer reserving the right to remedy any eligible issue through repair or replacement.
Please note:
- Natural variations and aging in wood, such as changes in color, wood knots, and inherent grain characteristics, are normal and not considered defects. Additionally, damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage, or non-residential use is not covered. Proper installation is essential, and products purchased without finish or on final sale/clearance are not eligible for coverage.
- Wood doors may exhibit minor warping or panel shrinkage with seasonal changes; a period of adjustment is required before requesting replacements, as this is a normal behavior of wood and not considered a defect.
