  • Orders are shipped via freight with curbside delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting and signing off on deliveries. Please note any damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.

3. Delivery Requirements

  • Ensure someone is present to accept the delivery. Missed deliveries may incur redelivery fees.
  • If liftgate service is needed, please notify us in advance (additional fees may apply).

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided during quoting.
  • Free shipping may apply to certain promotions and product categories.

5. Remote or Limited Access Areas

  • Additional fees may apply for deliveries to islands, remote regions, or areas requiring ferry transport.
