Kitchen & Cabinet Store Return & Damage Policy

At the Kitchen & Cabinet Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.


 

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge.

  • After 24 hours and prior to shipment, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return process below.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon arrival.
    Any visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt while the driver is present.

  • Concealed damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

  • Approved damage claims will be resolved with free replacement parts. Replacements ship via ground service.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, and only for:

    • Items that are unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • All returns require written authorization before shipping.

  • Assembled, installed, or customized items are non-returnable.


4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Approved returns incur a 25% restocking fee.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection and approval.

5. Final Sale Items

  • All custom, clearance, special-order, or assembled products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
