Kitchen & Cabinet Store Return & Damage Policy
At the Kitchen & Cabinet Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge.

After 24 hours and prior to shipment, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return process below.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon arrival.
Any visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. -
Concealed damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

Approved damage claims will be resolved with free replacement parts. Replacements ship via ground service.
3. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, and only for:

Items that are unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

All returns require written authorization before shipping.

Assembled, installed, or customized items are non-returnable.
4. Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Approved returns incur a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection and approval.
5. Final Sale Items

All custom, clearance, special-order, or assembled products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
