Return and refund policy
At Kitchen & Cabinet, we stand behind the quality of our cabinetry products. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the order has already entered production or shipping stages.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- All shipments must be inspected upon delivery.
- Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
- We will issue replacements for damaged parts at no additional cost. Replacements are shipped using ground services.
3. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if items are unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- All returns require prior written authorization.
- Customized or assembled items are non-returnable.
4. Return Shipping and Fees
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
5. Final Sale and Special Orders
- All special-order, clearance, and custom-finished items are final sale and non-refundable.
