1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the order has already entered production or shipping stages.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • All shipments must be inspected upon delivery.
  • Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will issue replacements for damaged parts at no additional cost. Replacements are shipped using ground services.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if items are unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • All returns require prior written authorization.
  • Customized or assembled items are non-returnable.

4. Return Shipping and Fees

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

5. Final Sale and Special Orders

  • All special-order, clearance, and custom-finished items are final sale and non-refundable.
