Victory Luna 30 Inch Under Cabinet Range Hood with Touch Controls
The Victory Luna is a slim 30 inch under cabinet hood with two metal blowers, a strong step up from a basic hood or a microwave vent. It is only 6 inches tall, vents through the top or the back, and uses stainless baffle filters. Soft-touch digital controls include a delayed shut-off.

Installing it
How it goes in
We sell Victory hoods but don't install them. These steps summarize Victory's installation manual so you and your installer know what's involved. Always follow the manual and local codes.

Test it first
Plug the hood in and check each fan speed and the lights before mounting.

Pick your outlet
Remove the top cover plate and attach either the 6 inch round transition (top vent) or the rectangular connector (top or back vent).

Use the template
Tape the matching paper template under the cabinet, cut the duct and wiring openings, and drill pilot holes. Leave 7/8 inch from the wall.

Lift and fasten
Lift the hood into place (Victory says three or more people), feed the wiring through, and secure it with 4 wood screws from inside the hood.

Connect the duct
Connect 6 inch or rectangular metal duct and seal every joint with aluminum foil tape.

Finish
Power up, test, then click the baffle filters into place.

Frequently asked questions
Can the Luna vent out the back?
Yes, using the included 9-3/4 x 3-1/4 inch rectangular connector. The 6 inch round transition vents through the top only.
What duct size does it need?
6 inch round metal duct, or rectangular duct with the rectangular connector. Vent it to the outside and keep elbows to a minimum.
How high should it hang above my cooktop?
Victory recommends 24 to 30 inches from the cooktop to the bottom of the hood.
How loud is it?
Victory lists 1.0 sone on low, 4.0 on medium and 6.5 on high.
Does it plug in?
Yes, it is a plug-in hood. Victory calls for a 120V outlet on its own 15 amp circuit, installed by a qualified electrician.
What does the delay timer do?
While the fan is running, press Power once and the fan turns off on its own after 3 minutes. Press Power twice quickly to turn it off right away.
